We present the plan of a two-story family villa built in the agglomeration of Budaörs, designed by our office. The three-bedroom building blends in with nature and tries to blur the boundaries between exterior and interior space. The view of the more intimate spaces was made semi-transparent by pulling apart the external brick cladding. Energetic aspects were particularly emphasized in the design of the building, since the building's mechanical engineering can operate autonomously, separated from the utilities.
