Cabin in the Pilis Mountains
The building mass sits parallel to the slope and layout of the lot, while the roof has an asymmetrical design that favors the southern side, to be able to accommodate as many solar panels as possible, and it turns away from the vector defined by the mass, towards the south.
The exterior plane of the facade has received a charred timber cladding, while the recessed facade is made of stained wood. The roof is covered with anthracite-color, hemmed sheet metal. The fireplace will be built in the corner of the covered patio, made of exposed concrete framed by wood.
