Many people know Józsi, but probably even more people know his bread. József Vajda, owner of Pékműhely, which has three stores in Budapest, found his future community center in Bicske, in a run-down warehouse that had seen better days. The idea had been born a long time ago, and we supported him with plans and talking about the mission.
