Pyxis Nautica Office

Our architecture and interior design office was launched in 2017, and it was particularly important for us to first find our place in the city. We eventually chose the foot of the Buda Castle, in the Víziváros area. We wanted a popular but calm spot where we can really experience the atmosphere of the city rather than observe it from the top of a building. It was a lucky coincidence that these needs were all met in this building designed by Péter Reimholz.

The stairs connecting Szalag and Donáti streets represent a modern urban space that fits well with the lovable, rambling character of District 1. The design was based on the colors of our already established image, which we complemented with white block furniture and the chicken series of photographer Dániel Szalai.
